Durex Intense Orgasmic Gel is a stimulation gel for the clitoris. It comes in a small, translucent pink bottle with a black cap on which the Durex lettering and the name of the gel appear in white. How much do you use each time?

Very little. The 10 ml are meant for about twenty uses, so by the numbers roughly half a millilitre each time. That is about a pea-sized drop.

How do you apply it?

Put the drop on your fingertip and spread it gently on and around the clitoris. Only take more next time, once you know how you react to it. During sex for two, the other person can apply it too.

Where does it go, and where not?

It is meant for the clitoris and the area right around it, so for external use. It does not go into the vagina or near the eyes; wash your hands after applying it.

How do you test whether it agrees with you?

Before the first use, apply a little to a small area of skin, for example the inside of the elbow, and wait. It does not go on injured or irritated skin. If it burns, wash it off straight away with lukewarm water and do not use it any further. If you are expecting a baby or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor first.

How do you store the bottle?

Cool, dry and out of sunlight, and out of the reach of children. After opening, use the gel up within six months; it is best to note the date on which you opened it. The small bottle fits in any handbag.
