Does it replace lubricant?

No. Fifteen millilitres is a stimulation amount, not a lubricating amount. For anal sex you need plenty of separate lubricant; suitable ones are with the anal and fisting lubricants, and why that is the basic rule is explained in the anal sex guide.

What do I need to watch with my skin?

Test the gel on a small patch of skin before the first use, for example the crook of your arm. Do not use it on broken or irritated skin. If it burns, wash it off straight away with lukewarm water, and keep it out of your eyes.
