Which dildos hold on the disc?

Those with a smooth, flat suction base. Press it onto the centre of the disc until it sticks; a textured or domed base creates no vacuum and therefore does not hold. Before every use check with a firm pull that the dildo sits tight.

How do you adjust the harness properly?
