Who controls the vibration?

Whoever wears the watch. It can stay on the wrist of the person wearing the harness, leaving both hands free, or it can go to the other person, who then decides when and how it vibrates. Try out the modes calmly beforehand.

What are the three rings for?

The ring holds the dildo in the front panel and is changed via the four press-stud tabs. That way dildos of other thicknesses also fit the harness. What matters is that the base does not slip through the ring.
