How dense is 30 den?

Den stands for the weight of the yarn: 9,000 metres of it weigh this many grams. 30 den counts as fine. The skin shows through the black, most clearly where the knit stretches over knees and thighs.

What does the opening look like?

At the front it is round and sits at the lower end of the centre seam. It continues towards the back and leaves the inner sides of the buttocks bare, while the lace waistband runs all the way round without a break.

Who is size 1/2 meant for?

It is the smaller of the two sizes. It goes by height and weight at the same time. If you are rather tall but slim, 1/2 can still fit; with more weight at the same height, 3/4 is the safe choice. The stretchy yarn adapts to the figure.

What is included?

Only the tights. Pumps, bracelet and necklace in the pictures are not included.

How do you put them on without risking a run?

Gather one leg down to the toe, step in and pull the knit up over calf and knee in small steps, then the second leg. Take off rings and bracelets first. Finally, centre the opening and smooth the lace waistband.

How do you wash them?

It is gentlest by hand in cool water with a little mild detergent. Afterwards just press out, do not wring, and leave to dry lying flat.
