It is made of silicone and ABS plastic and has seven vibration patterns. What is it meant for?

For external massage: on the clitoris, labia and perineum, and just as well on the neck or shoulders. During sex as a couple it can be held against the clitoris between you. The head is not made for insertion, and do not use it anally, because it lacks a flared base.

How do you charge it?

Attach the cable to the two contacts at the end of the handle. They are exposed, so they should be clean and dry before you charge.
