What is the loop for?

It keeps the vibrator on your finger so it does not slip out of your hand so easily. That matters most where hands are wet, in the bath or with lubricant.

May it be used anally?

No. The loop is a grip, not a flared base; during anal play it does not reliably keep the toy outside.

How loud is it?
