How is the bullet charged?

Via USB. Around an hour and a half of charging gives up to an hour of running time.

Can it take water?

Splashes only. It is splash-proof, not waterproof. Wiping it down is no problem, but the shower, the bath and running water are off limits.

No. Without a base or retrieval cord it cannot be inserted safely, so it must neither be inserted vaginally nor used anally.
