How can you tell whether they fit?

Your device has to be a Pro Deluxe. Satisfyer shapes the caps differently for each series, so they do not simply fit other models.

How do you change a cap?

Pull the old one off and press the new one on. It has to sit firmly and straight all round, otherwise air escapes at the rim. The device is switched off while you change it.

When is a new cap due?

When the rim cracks, has lost its shape or the cap no longer sits firmly on the device. Silicone ages over time, and cracks cannot be repaired. A cap that feels sticky despite cleaning should be replaced as well.

Which lubricant suits them?

Water-based only. Silicone lubricant attacks the caps: the surface turns dull and sticky, and that cannot be undone. Suitable ones are listed under water-based lubricant.

How do you clean the caps?

Removed, with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner. Rinse them thoroughly inside and out and let them dry completely before you put one back on. Keep the spares dry, free of dust and apart from other toys.
