Is the pull ring a base?

No. It does not keep the chain outside; it is only there for pulling it out. So always hold the ring with a firm hand, never let go of it completely and never insert the chain fully; at least the last large ball and the ring stay outside.

How do you start?

With the front ball and plenty of lubricant. Use a water-based one, as silicone does not tolerate silicone-based lubricant. Insert one ball after another and pause at each small ball; where it stops being comfortable or hurts, stop at once.

How does the chain come out again?

Slowly, ball by ball. Pull the ring evenly as you breathe out, never with a jerk. The small balls in between give you short pauses before the next large one comes.

Who is the chain suitable for?

Beginners too. The alternation of large and small balls gives you many intermediate steps, and the largest ball stays in a moderate range.

How is it cleaned?
