Is one sachet enough?

For a short moment yes, for a long evening rather not. The rectum does not lubricate itself, so anal sex needs plenty of gel and top-ups along the way. If you want to play for longer, take several sachets along.

How is it opened?

Tear it open and squeeze. Put the gel straight onto a finger, toy or condom. An opened sachet cannot be closed again, so whatever is left is used straight away or thrown out.
