The large version of the same hand: the large fisting fist by All Black takes over the shape and build of the smaller version and adds a good two centimetres at the knuckles. In circumference that is around seven centimetres more, and that is exactly where it is decided whether this model is the right one. The build stays the same: closed fingers as the tip, full width at the knuckles, then a narrowing towards the wrist and a round standing base below on which the fist stands securely. Twelve centimetres of height is build height, not a target for insertion depth. The TPR is decidedly soft and deforms clearly under pressure, which at ten centimetres is the precondition for everything else. The round standing base carries the weight and rests flat, so the fist can be set down and used without a hand. Is the step up from the small fist worth it?

Only if the smaller one sits without effort. Two centimetres of diameter is no small step at this point but the jump from feasible to demanding. Between the two often lies half a year, and that is no bad sign.

Does the soft material help?

Considerably. Soft TPR gives way sideways and spreads the pressure instead of delivering it on one point. At ten centimetres that is the precondition for the fist passing at all. Hard material would simply not be manageable at this size.

How much lubricant is needed?

A great deal, topped up continuously. A thick anal or fisting gel stays where it is instead of vanishing within minutes; water-based is a must, because TPR does not tolerate silicone products. More in the lubricant guide.

How do I care for it?

Work thoroughly between the fingers and around the wrist with warm water and toy cleaner, then dry it completely and store it on its own. At this size separate storage pays off, because the material can bleed. Use water-based anal lubricant only.
