How long may the ring be worn?

20 to 30 minutes at a stretch at most. If you take blood thinners or have circulation problems, talk to a doctor first. On numbness, cold, discolouration or pain take it off at once, and do not sleep with it on. Then a break before it goes on again.

Which lubricant fits?
