How do I put both on?

The ring first, while soft or half-erect, then the plug. The other way round you have to work against a seated plug, and that rarely goes well. Insert the plug slowly and with plenty of water-based lubricant, for example from anal and fisting lubricant. It has no flat base: the stop is the wide bridge to the ring, and that always stays outside. If anything hurts, stop at once.

How long may the ring stay on?

How is it charged?

With a USB charging cable that docks onto the motor housing by a magnetic connector. The contacts have to be dry for this. The remote does not charge with it; it runs on a CR2032 button cell.

How do I clean the piece?
