Which battery does it need?

One AAA battery, which you get separately. It goes into the bullet at the base; there is no charging cable.

How is the vibration switched?

You switch it on and off with the button at the end of the bullet. It has no remote control.

How do you insert it safely?

Slowly, bead by bead, and with plenty of water-based lubricant from anal and fisting lubricant. If you feel pain or see blood, stop immediately. Only a toy with a flared base that stays outside is an option for anal play; here the crosswise base with the bullet does that job. After anal use, only use it vaginally after thorough cleaning.
