Mr Play is a pure anal brand, but the range has two halves serving different purposes: sixteen plugs and prostate massagers for play, and five anal douches for preparation. All the toys are silicone, all are black.

What sets the plugs apart ⚡

Three models are expressly built for the prostate: two with vibration and a remote and with rotation and vibration respectively, plus the rechargeable massager at 12.7 x 2.8 cm. More of those under prostate vibrators.

Five douches for preparation 🚿

Anal douches are not toys, they are hygiene articles. Mr Play carries two bulb douches – the black one at 7.5 x 0.9 cm and the blue one – plus three Super Power models in black, as an M6 and in blue at 224 ml. More of those under anal douches.

What makes an anal plug safe?

The retrieval flange or the wide base. Unlike the vagina, the rectum is open at the top – without a base wider than the plug, something can slip inside. Check this on every model, and not just the first one. Plenty of anal lubricant is part of it too; our guide to anal and fisting lubricants explains how to go about it.

Do I need an anal douche?

Not necessarily. Many people find one reassuring because it takes away a feeling of uncertainty. If you do use one, use lukewarm water, use it sparingly and not right before play – the bowel needs a little time afterwards. Rinsing too often irritates the mucous membrane more than it helps.

How are the toys cared for?

Silicone is non-porous and straightforward: clean before and after every use with warm water and a toy cleaner, dry thoroughly and store clean. With silicone, use water-based lubricant only. Suitable items under sex toy cleaners.
