The butt plug Level 1 by Intense is the first and shortest step of the Anal Level series. It is made of soft, flexible silicone in black with a smooth, matt surface. The narrow tip turns into a slim belly, which then tapers to a thin neck. At the end the plug widens into a round, flared base that is clearly wider than everything above it. Because the silicone gives a little during insertion, the plug feels soft and supple. It stands under anal plugs, with anal sex toys, under sex toys and with the sex toys.

How does the Level series work?

It grows in four steps. Level 2 is just as slim as Level 1, only a little longer. From Level 3 the diameter grows too, and Level 4 is the largest plug of the series. That way you can build up in small steps and simply stay at the level that feels right for you.

Can I use it in the shower or bath?

Yes, it is waterproof. Bear in mind, though, that water is no lubricant and washes gel away over time. In the shower you will therefore add more more often than in bed.

Which lubricant is right?

A water-based one, and plenty. Lubricants containing silicone can make the surface of silicone toys dull and sticky. The bottom produces no moisture of its own, so spread the gel on the plug and at the entrance. You will find suitable ones under anal and fisting lubricant.

What do I watch out for when inserting it?

Relaxation and a slow pace. Place the tip, breathe out and let the plug slide in bit by bit until the neck sits at the muscle. The wide base stays outside and prevents the plug from slipping all the way in; an anal toy without such a base is off limits. If it hurts, stop at once.

How do I clean the plug?

With warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner. Rinse it thoroughly after every use, including the underside of the base, and let it air dry. Store it apart from other silicone toys so the surfaces do not stick to each other.
