How do you put them on?

Place the cuff round the ankle, pull the Velcro strap snug and press it down firmly. Because the strap adjusts steplessly, the cuff fits slim ankles as well as stronger ones.

How tight may they be?

There must always be one finger’s width of room between cuff and skin. Check the feeling and colour of the feet regularly during play: tingling, cold, numbness or pale and bluish skin mean undo them at once. Never leave the restrained person alone or in the same position for long, keep scissors within reach and agree beforehand on a stop signal that also works without words. How do you detach the chain?

How are they cleaned?
