How do you place the suction opening?

So that it surrounds the clitoris and rests on the skin all the way round. Only then does the suction build up; if the opening sits at an angle, the air escapes at the side. A little lubricant on the rim helps it seal. Start with the lowest of the four suction levels and work up from there.

What do the three buttons do?

One button switches it on and off, the second is for the suction, the third for the vibration in the head. So you can use each end on its own or let both run together.

How do you use both ends at once?
