What is the small flap for?

It holds the toy on the finger. Together with the large half it grips the finger from two sides, so you can move your hand without holding on to the vibrator.

How is it charged?

With the included magnetic USB cable. The two charging contacts sit at the top of the back of the large half, where the end of the cable attaches. There is no open socket.

How do you clean it?

It is waterproof to IPX7, so you wash it under warm running water with mild soap or a toy cleaner. Rinse the notch well, as lubricant easily collects there. It then dries in the air before the charging cable goes back on the contacts.
