Is this a rabbit vibrator?

Not in the narrow sense. A rabbit has an insertable shaft and an extra arm for the outside; here both ears sit on the same tip. It is laid on, not inserted, which is why it stands with the lay-on vibrators.

How is it cleaned?

With lukewarm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner from sex toy cleaner, then left to dry in the open. Harsh cleaners, alcohol and the dishwasher have no business near silicone: they dull the surface, and dull silicone attracts dust and never comes smooth again.
