How do you adjust it to your head?

With the buckle; the strap has ten holes. Only tighten it so far that the ball stays in place, and leave a finger's width between strap and neck.

What are the holes in the ball for?

They let saliva drain and make wearing it a little more comfortable. They are not a safety promise: breathing happens through the nose, and it must be clear the whole time.

When is the gag left out?

With a cold, a blocked nose, nausea and after alcohol. Even if one of you does not feel sure that evening, a different game is the better choice.

What applies while it is worn?
