How is it put on?

While flaccid: the set screws are turned all the way out, the two halves are placed behind the testicles around the scrotum and joined, and the pull ring with its pin goes on at the top. Make sure no skin and no hair get caught in the joint. A drop of lubricant from water-based lubricant makes putting it on easier.

How far do you turn the points in?
