How do you put it on?

Spread a little water-based lubricant on the inside. Then push the testicles through the opening one after the other and ease the ring into position with a gentle pull until it sits above the testicles. Leave out silicone lubricant, as it can attack the surface.

How long may it be worn?

Which of the three sizes suits you?
