In which order do you put it on?

While relaxed, from top to bottom. First you close the ring around the base, then the cuff around the scrotum and finally the bar. Set every snap so that nothing pinches and no skin gets between leather and metal. If a part only closes under pressure, take the next looser snap.

How long may it stay on?

For 20 to 30 minutes at a time at most. If you take blood thinners or have circulation problems, talk to a doctor first. At numbness, coldness, discolouration, swelling or pain you open the snaps at once. Never fall asleep with the strap on, and leave a longer break between two rounds.
