How do you adjust the width?

With the hook-and-loop fastening on the strap. Place the blindfold over the eyes, bring the ends together at the back of the head and press them so that the blindfold sits close without pressing. Pulled too tight it becomes uncomfortable after a while, too loose it slips down over the nose. Make sure it lies smoothly over hair and ears; to take it off, you pull the fastening open again in one move.
