Do the straps stay in place on their own?

Yes, they are sewn in. What looks like a harness laid on top is part of the cut and therefore does not slip.

Are the cups closed?

No, they are worked open. The lace only frames the bust and leaves it bare.

How much does the body cover?

Very little. Between the straps the skin stays bare; lace sits only at the cup edges, as a small triangle at the front and on the thong.

How does the size run?

To European sizing. Anyone between two sizes takes the larger one: lingerie should sit close, not cut in.

How is it washed?

By hand at thirty degrees, with a delicate detergent and no fabric softener. In the machine only inside a laundry bag on a gentle cycle; a tumble dryer ruins the elastic.
