What does the back look like?

The narrow straps cross into an X between the shoulder blades, and the back stays bare down to the waist. Below that the tulle covers the bottom.

Is the lace below the bust opaque?

No, it lets skin show through as well. The body has no opaque part anywhere.

How do you put it on?

Step in with your legs, pull the tulle up over the hips and slip your arms through the straps. Then arrange the ruffles over the bust.

Which size fits?

This version is S/M. As there are no closed cups, cup size matters less than underbust, waist and hips; compare those measurements with a body that fits you. The stretchy tulle gives a little.
