Almost bare. Only a narrow band runs across the back below the shoulder blades, further down a thin hip band from which a thong leads downwards. The bottom stays free.

How do you put it on?

Step into the thong with your legs and pull the fabric panel up at the front. Then put the neck band around your neck and adjust the back band until the strips fall straight down.
