The long-sleeved bodystocking by Leg Avenue is not net but a fine, even knit without a pattern. It has long sleeves to the wrist and a wide, round neckline; at the front a fine seam runs vertically from the bust to the crotch. How see-through is it?

Semi-sheer: close up you can clearly see the skin, from a few metres away it looks more like a dark suit that wraps the whole body.

Are knickers included?

No. The thong in the pictures is not included; only the bodystocking is supplied. The jewellery and shoes in the pictures are not included either. You can wear whatever you like underneath.

What size is it meant for?

For roughly EU 34 to 40 as one size. The knit stretches well in width but little in length. With long arms the sleeves therefore sit on the short side, and on a tall frame the crotch pulls downwards.

What should you watch out for when putting it on?

Sit down and work from the bottom up. Tugging at a single spot pulls threads; it is better to push the fabric up evenly with both hands until it lies smooth everywhere. The sleeves come last.

How do you care for it?

Like fine tights: cold, by hand, no fabric softener, dried flat. A laundry bag protects it if it ever has to go in the machine.

What do you do when a stitch ladders?

A drop of clear nail varnish at both ends of the ladder stops it straight away. In the fine knit the spot stays visible, but the bodystocking can still be worn afterwards.
