Does a pair of briefs come with it?

No - and that is the most important correction on this article. The old description claimed it „comes with briefs“. The opposite is meant: cupless and pantyless means both are missing - no cups, no panty part, the crotch stays open. Nothing is included.

What does one size mean here?

Leg Avenue lists one size as EU 34 to 40 and plus size as EU 42 to 46. With bodystockings the width is rarely the problem - the fabric stretches a long way. The length is: it hardly stretches, and on a very tall frame the crotch pulls downwards.

How do you put it on without ruining it?

Like tights: rings off, nails checked, gather the fabric down to the foot, step in and roll it up bit by bit. Anyone yanking at it catches a stitch - and that one ladders.

What do you do when a stitch ladders?

A drop of clear nail varnish at the top and bottom end of the ladder stops it straight away. It is not pretty, but it saves the evening - and on coarse net you hardly see it.

Do you wear anything underneath?

You do not have to, and many do anyway: a thong or an adhesive bra changes the effect without breaking the line. Both can be seen on the product photos, sometimes one way, sometimes the other.

How is it washed?

By hand in cold water or in a laundry net on a delicate cycle, then dried flat. No dryer and no fabric softener - both take the tension out of the yarn.

What goes with it?

Heels and not much else - plus a pair of thin socks if it gets worn often: the foot sits inside the stocking part, and any rough insole rubs exactly there. What can be worn over it stands under for the top.
