Are the stockings really sewn on?

They are knitted on. On all eight images the fabric runs seamlessly from the hip opening through the suspender straps into the stocking - so the parts cannot be separated and the stockings cannot be worn on their own.

Is the lacing real?

No. What looks like lacing at the front is a knitted-in cross pattern - there is no ribbon to pull. The bodystocking goes on over the head.

Is the crotch open?

Yes, it is cut away. Briefs can be worn underneath or over the top; underneath they additionally hold the hip section in place.
