Almost everything. Through the large diamonds the skin is nearly bare; the mesh draws a pattern on the body rather than covering it.

How do you put it on?

Step in with your legs, pull it up over the hips and then lay the straps on your shoulders. The band should sit level below the bust. Take off rings beforehand, as they easily catch in the large stitches.
