Can you wear it as a top?

Yes. Tucked into jeans or a skirt it looks like a tight lace top; as the skin shows through the mesh, a blazer or an open blouse can go over it if needed.

How do you put it on?

Step in with your legs, pull it up over hips and stomach and slip into the sleeves last. Take off rings and bracelets beforehand so that no stitch catches.
