How does the neckband sit?

It carries the whole bodice, so it should sit loosely and must not constrict. Then centre the opening so that both sides fall evenly.

Which bra do you wear with it?

None: with a bare back and a deep opening any bra would show. The bodysuit is cut to be worn on its own.
