You work without knots: wrap the tape around wrists, ankles or the body and lay the end over itself once, and that is enough. Wrap it loosely and without tension so the tape does not tighten afterwards. The surface is glossy, and the roll sits on a printed cardboard core and comes in a clear bag with a card header. Three or four layers are enough for a wrist; more does not make the restraint safer, only stiffer. Keep the roll in your hand while unwinding, because dust harms the cling, and store it cool and lying flat; in the sun or on a radiator the material goes soft and then really does stick.
