How do you charge the bullet?

Via USB. A full charge takes around an hour and a half and lasts for up to an hour of vibration.

May it get wet?

Splashes only. The bullet is splash-proof, but not waterproof. Wiping it with a damp cloth is fine; it does not go under running water, into the shower or into the bath.

Can it be used inside too?

No, it is made for the outside. Without a base or retrieval cord it cannot be inserted safely; it must therefore not be used anally.
