What exactly does the thrusting drive do?

The head of the second part moves back and forth in short strokes while the rest lies still. That is something other than vibration, because the pressure starts afresh again and again instead of staying even.

Does it really suck?

No, and that is the most common misunderstanding. Inside the chamber the air pressure changes very quickly, and those pressure waves meet the clitoris without touching it. That is why the opening has to ENCLOSE it rather than rest on it: if it sits beside it, the air escapes and almost nothing happens.

Does it need lubricant?

A drop at the rim of the chamber, no more. It seals, and without a seal the pressure wave fizzles out. Too much gel makes the opening slippery and the device loses the spot. The only suitable choice is water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?
