What does the swivelling chamber give you?

It solves the rabbit problem. On a rigid model the length of the shaft decides where the outer arm lands, and it rarely fits. Here the chamber is turned afterwards until it sits right.

Does it really suck?

No, and that is the most common misunderstanding. Inside the chamber the air pressure changes very quickly, and those pressure waves meet the clitoris without touching it. That is why the opening has to ENCLOSE it rather than rest on it: if it sits beside it, the air escapes and almost nothing happens.

Does it need lubricant?

A drop at the rim of the chamber, no more. It seals, and without a seal the pressure wave fizzles out. Too much gel makes the opening slippery and the device loses the spot. The only suitable choice is water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

Warm water and toy cleaner, rinsing the chamber from the inside and letting it dry completely. Water may go into the chamber but not into the charging socket; confusing the two leaves you with a dead device in a fortnight.
