How quiet is forty-five decibels?

About as loud as a fridge in the next room. In normal surroundings it disappears, in complete silence it does not. The figure applies to the lower levels; at the top every device gets louder.

Does it really suck?

No, and that is the most common misunderstanding. Inside the chamber the air pressure changes very quickly, and those pressure waves meet the clitoris without touching it. That is why the opening has to ENCLOSE it rather than rest on it: if it sits beside it, the air escapes and almost nothing happens.

Does it need lubricant?
