How long may it be worn?

Twenty to thirty minutes at a stretch at most. If anything goes cold, numb, hurts or discolours, it comes off at once, sooner rather than later if in doubt; those are not signs of getting used to it. Then a break before it goes on again, and never fall asleep wearing it.

Which size fits?

How is it cleaned?
