How do you find the right size?

While flaccid, lay a thread loosely around penis and testicles at the base and divide the measured length by 3.14. Then measure the inner diameter of the ring with a ruler: it should be a little larger than your result, otherwise the ring is too tight.

How is it put on?

While flaccid, first the testicles one at a time, then the penis. A drop of lubricant from water-based lubricant makes it much easier; steel is non-porous and tolerates any kind of lubricant.
