The Cock Ties by Doc Johnson are two black silicone cords, each laid as a loop and fitted with purple beads: the smaller one has one bead, the larger one two. How long may they be worn?

Twenty to thirty minutes at a stretch at most, and never fall asleep wearing them. If anything goes cold, numb, discoloured or painful, the loop comes off at once, sooner rather than later if in doubt. Then a break before it goes on again.

How are they adjusted?

While soft, put the loop around and slide the bead until it rests snugly without constricting. Because the bead holds any position, even one that is too tight, rather a little too loose than too tight.

Why are there two sizes?

The larger loop has more cord and opens wider than the smaller one, so you have a suitable loop for a smaller and for a larger circumference.

How do they come off again?

Slide the bead back and the loop widens and slips off. If it sticks, cold water helps more than force.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one; a drop when putting it on is enough. Silicone-based lubricant attacks silicone. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How are they cleaned?

After each use, wash both loops with warm water and mild soap, sliding the beads up and down once so nothing stays trapped underneath, and let them air-dry. Store them dry, apart from other silicone toys.
