How do you put the lasso on properly?

While the penis is not yet erect. Push both stoppers down until the loops are wide open. Place the large one around the base of the penis or behind the testicles, the second where it does not press. Then pull the stoppers up only until the cord lies against the skin, never until it cuts in.

When does the lasso have to come off?
