How long may it be worn?

Twenty to thirty minutes at a stretch at most. If anything hurts, goes cold, numb or discoloured, it comes off at once, sooner rather than later if in doubt. Then a break before it goes on again. Never fall asleep wearing it.

Which size fits?

The one that holds without hurting. A ring that hurts is too small; one that slips is too large. If you are between two widths, choose the larger one. How does it come off again?
