How long may it be worn?

Twenty to thirty minutes at a stretch at most. If anything goes cold, numb or discoloured, or if it hurts, take it off at once, sooner rather than later if in doubt. Never fall asleep wearing it, and take a break before you put it on again.

Which size fits?

The one that holds without pressing. Soft silicone gives, so at rest the openings may be a little narrower than the body. If anything presses, pinches or leaves marks, it is too tight; if it slips when you move, it is too loose.

How does it come off again?

With cold water and patience, not with force. The congestion eases as soon as things cool, and then it comes off by itself. A stretchy ring can also be widened carefully.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one; a drop when putting it on is enough. Silicone-based lubricant can damage the silicone. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned and stored?

After every use, wash it with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, including the inside of the bridge between the openings, and let it air-dry completely. Store it clean and dry, ideally apart from other toys in a pouch, so that no dust or lint settles on the soft silicone.
