The FlexiSteel from the OptiMALE range by Doc Johnson is a cock ring in soft silicone with a metal core. The core is separated: at the gaps between the pieces the silicone gives a little, but the ring stays firm. Because the metal itself does not give and a ring with a metal core cannot be cut off in an emergency, the width has to be right beforehand. How long may it be worn?

Twenty to thirty minutes at a stretch at most. If anything hurts, goes cold, numb or discoloured, it comes off at once, sooner rather than later if in doubt. Then a break before it goes on again. Never fall asleep wearing it.

Which size fits?

The one that holds without hurting. A ring that hurts is too small; one that slips is too large. If you are between two widths, choose the larger one.
