How do you put it on?

Most easily while the penis is not yet hard. Put a drop of water-based lubricant on the inside, stretch the ring slightly and slide it down to the base of the penis. Silicone-based lubricant attacks silicone and is therefore left out. You will find a selection under water-based lubricant.

How long may it be worn?

20 to 30 minutes at a stretch at most, and the vibration does not change that. The ring may sit snugly but must not cut in. In case of numbness, coldness, pain or discolouration, take it off at once, and never fall asleep wearing it. Afterwards the skin needs a break before you put it on again.

How do you get it off again?

Without force: carefully stretch the soft ring with two fingers and pull it off slowly. Cold water helps if it feels stuck, and a little lubricant makes it easier to slide off.

How do you clean it?
