How long may it be worn?

Twenty to thirty minutes at a stretch at most, and never fall asleep with it on. If anything goes cold or numb, the skin changes colour or it hurts, it comes off at once, sooner rather than later if in doubt. Then a break before it goes on again.

With cold water and patience, not with force. The congestion eases as soon as things cool, and then it comes off by itself. A stretchy ring can also be widened carefully.

Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one; a drop when putting it on is enough. Silicone oil attacks silicone. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

After every use, wash it with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner and rinse it well. Silicone also takes three minutes in boiling water or the top rack of the dishwasher. Then let it air-dry and store it dry and away from dust, ideally apart from other toys. If the silicone shows cracks or turns tacky, replace it.
