How do you slip it on?

Most easily while relaxed. Put a drop of water-based lubricant from water-based lubricant on the inside, because silicone lubricant would attack the material. Then slide the ring down to the base and turn the bow upwards. It should sit noticeably but constrict nothing.

How do you get it off again?

Slowly, with two fingers. Grip it at the top of the bow and at the bottom of the rim, pull the opening apart a little and slide it off forwards. If it sits tight, a little extra lubricant helps more than pulling.

When do you charge it?

Fully once before first use. To do so, plug the supplied cable into a USB power adapter or a computer.

How do you clean and store it?
